RETURN POLICY

You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you'd like to make a return or exchange, visit any Jenniferroy in the United States (excluding Puerto Rico) with a valid receipt and tags attached, or register your return in the Returns Portal online.

Please note: A flat fee of $3.99 will be deducted from all mail-in returns of online purchases. In-store returns are always free.

HOW TO RETURN AN ONLINE ITEM:

1. REGISTER YOUR RETURN

View order details in your account. Click "RETURN AN ITEM" and select the items you wish to return and the reason.

2. SELECT YOUR RETURN METHOD

Confirm the courier details or select you preferred option.

3. HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS

Follow the instructions provided in the portal.

When your return package is in transit, you will receive an email with the tracking link.
